How does your shipping work?
We ship same or next business day from San Francisco. We ship via UPS Ground to the lower 48 US states for a flat rate of $10.  Standard shipping time is typically 2-6 days to most locations, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order has shipped. For time-sensitive packages, currently, our fastest shipping option is UPS 2nd Day Air. 
Do you ship internationally? 

We currently ship to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, many EU countries, Japan and South Korea. We look forward to expanding this list in the near future.

Here's how the process works:

  • Prices across the site and the shipping rates are in US dollars
  • Orders will be shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) International Priority Mail service
  • We process international orders weekly
  • When your order is shipped you will get a confirmation with a USPS tracking number, the tracking number is not active until the package is picked up
  • Customs, duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not covered in the cost of international shipping. We can not provide estimates nor reimbursements for these charges.
  • Based on USPS regulations, we can not ship liquids internationally
  • If your address is in Korean or Japanese, please contact us with an English version (we need both)

Can I send my purchase as a gift?
We are happy to send your purchase with a gift note in place of receipt, or just a gift receipt with no prices. We do not offer gift wrapping. On the cart page, click "Add gift instructions" to indicate it's a gift, and/or include your note to the recipient. Make sure the recipient’s name and address is included in the “SHIPPING TO” field in the checkout process. If you didn't find the gift link and you've already placed your order, no problem, please contact us before we ship your order and we'll add it. 

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. 

What is the focus of your shop?
Kitchen jewelry (of the utilitarian sort) with a few wildcard items thrown in. A mix of classics, and collaborations, and unique products from small producers. We aim to stock a very short list of the sort of things that last, are special, and make your everyday better - and more lovely! Items and ingredients worth owning.

What does QUITOKEETO mean?
The name, QUITOKEETO has roots in the place I grew up - pronounced KEE-TOH. It was the name of the best road in our neighborhood, and the southern stretch of it wound through tunnels of trees, over a bridge, houses mostly obscured by the foliage. Flanking the road, all sorts of treasures (and trouble) were to be found - a creek, an old log cabin, poison oak, deer, the occasional beehive, and swatches of wild flowers. It was a pocket of quintessential northern California, and the shop takes its cue from its name. -Heidi

What is your return policy?
Please note we typically do not offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items. If you’ve received a damaged item, we are more than happy to accept a return. Please contact us immediately at contact@quitokeeto.com. All damages should be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered. That said, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please(!) don't hesitate to contact us at contact@quitokeeto.com
