Georgian Rock Crystal Memorial Ring

An exceptional example of an 18th century bezel-set, step cut rock crystal, memorial ring in 18k yellow gold. A couple of things about this ring that might not translate through the photographs - first, it feels incredible on. It is weighty and substantial, and if strong is a word you might use when talking about a ring, it's a word that come to mind with this one. At the same time it is intricate and beautiful. We love its detailed back as much as the scrolling band. The black enamel-work states the year 1743. It's absolutely beautiful on its own, and looks amazing as part of a stack as well.
