Marge Granola - Original

Marge Granola is the granola we find ourselves buying again and again - and not just because Megan Gordon is a friend. The Wall Street Journal noted Marge inspires one to “reappreciate” granola, and we couldn't agree more. This is an artisan granola baked long and low for golden toastiness, depth, and a good amount of crunch. It has a whisper of maple, warming touches of sea salt, cardamom, and cinnamon, and an ability to complement just about any curd, jam, yogurt, or fruit. Each bowl delivers an abundance of golden oats, sesame and pumpkin seeds, olive oil, coconut, pecans, almonds, and dried cranberries. It's nut and seed-centric, and just the right shade of salty.

We enjoy it on its own an as component in all sorts of things - crumble toppings, swapped in for rolled oats in cookie recipes, and folded into whipped (lightly sweetened) crème fraîche. You might try sprinkling it over an avocado-and-stonefruit salad, too.
