Pomme Gold Plated Fruit Knife
Brushed with 99.9% pure 24k gold, this is a beautiful fruit and/or cheese knife appropriate for slicing apples, pears, and the like. It's nice for medium hard to hard cheeses as well. Each knife is unique, hand-crafted, and slightly different from the one that came before it, and the one that was made after. The finish is subtly matte, brushed - not shiny and sharp. The knife will patina and change wonderfully with use, leaving an impression of each meal or gathering. A cheese knife is also available, as well as a bread knife, or a trio include all three knives. Each knife comes in a gift-worthy box.
Care: Please hand-wash with warm water and dish soap. Always remember to keep your knife dry. It is also natural for this knife to develop a lovely patina over time. Run a towel over the knife between uses and be sure to store in a dry place.
