Société Orignal Arctic Rose

Dazzling
pink dried arctic roses. They're fragrant culinary gems poised to add
an alluring floral accent to your cooking. Indigenous to North America,
the arctic rose is common in boreal climates and in the Canadian North.
These, in particular, are special, hand-picked on the Gaspésie seashore.
Their tightly-bound rose buds are picked not only for their floral
scent, but also for aromas similar to the agean wallflower. The aroma is
also very similar to fresh clover once it's infused. Part of an
exquisite line of small batch food products from northern Quebec-based Société Orignal.
